IMPORTANT - READ FIRST
Please fold springsuits neatly in three using the provided foam pieces before returning them to reduce creasing. Heavily creased items may not be suitable for resale and could affect your refund upto 50%. As a small business, returns in poor condition have a significant impact on us. Refer to the photo below for folding.

Returns Window
You have 14 days, from the date of purchase, to request a return through our returns portal. This can be found above. We aim to review all return requests within 24 hours.
The item must be sent within 7 days of receiving this label. Items returned after this time will not be accepted.
Returns Requirement
In order for your return to be approved, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached
- Returned items must be clean and free from sand, saltwater residue, suncream, makeup, or other marks.
All products are carefully quality checked before dispatch and will be inspected again once returned. Items that show signs of wear, markings, or missing packaging or labels cannot be accepted for return.
Refunds
Once the item has been quality checked, we will email you to let you know whether your return has been approved.
Return postage will be deducted from your refund before it is processed.
If the return is successful, please allow 7-10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund to your original payment method.
Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons, springsuits must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the springsuit is marked.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
We offer refunds to gift cards.
Sizing Advice
Springsuits are designed to fit snugly, and the neoprene will soften and adapt slightly with wear and when in the water. Please keep this in mind when deciding on whether to request a return.
